FirstPass VIP
Terms of service
Effective September 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of FirstPass VIP. By creating an account or paying a fee, you agree to them.
1. What FirstPass VIP is
FirstPass VIP is an appointment-access service. Participating medical practices release appointment times to us, and members pay a fast-pass fee to take one of those times sooner than the practice’s ordinary schedule would allow.
We are not a medical provider. We do not practise medicine, employ the physicians listed, supervise care, or give medical advice. We are not an insurer, a health plan, or a discount medical plan organisation, and a fast pass is not insurance and not a substitute for it.
In an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency department. Do not use this service for urgent or emergency care.
2. What you are paying for
A fast-pass fee buys a named appointment time, within 20 days, at a participating practice. The fee is for access to that time. It is separate from, and additional to, whatever the practice charges for the visit — which is billed by the practice to you or your insurer under the practice’s own terms.
Membership is a recurring subscription that reduces fast-pass fees and unlocks member features. Membership does not by itself book anything.
3. Your obligations
- Give accurate information when you book. The practice relies on it.
- Keep your sign-in email secure. Anyone with access to it can sign in as you.
- Book only for yourself or someone you are authorised to arrange care for.
- Arrive, or cancel with notice. Repeated no-shows may end your access.
- Do not resell, transfer, or scrape appointments or listings.
4. Availability is not guaranteed
Appointment times come from practices and can change. A practice may cancel or reschedule for clinical or operational reasons, and a physician may decline to see a patient whose needs fall outside their scope. If a time we sold you cannot be honoured, you are refunded in full under our cancellation and refund policy.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Governed by the cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for fast-pass fees you book and for membership renewals until you cancel. Prices are shown before you confirm and are in US dollars.
7. Member features
Features that show medication pricing, cash-pay price comparisons, or insurance benefit information provide information only. They do not prescribe, recommend, change, or substitute medications, and they do not determine coverage. Always confirm availability and substitution with your pharmacist or prescriber, and confirm coverage with your plan. Pricing and benefit information comes from third parties, changes often, and may be wrong or out of date.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of practices in the network. If we end your access without cause, we refund any unused prepaid membership period.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Except for those exclusions, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any practice or physician, or for the medical care you receive.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept them.
